EMERY&Cie glass bobeches are handcrafted in India.
The glass is transparent or mass-tinted.

Often using unpurified, mouth-blown recycled glass,
it contains slight impurities and sometimes small bubbles
which give it its charm. Likewise, differences in thickness
and sometimes irregular shapes, edges in particular,
are welcome accidents of handmade.

The bobeches play the role of small lampshades
to dress the socket with simple lighting at the end of a wire,
or they equip several light outlets
from a chandelier or table lamp.

Four shapes are proposed.
They come in nine colours :
BLUE, GREEN, AMBER, RED, PURPLE,
CLEAR, SMOKE, OPALINE WHITE and OPALINE BLUE.
